Here you will find information on the participation opportunities at Transform & Beyond by EXPO REAL. You can choose between stand packages or a stand space with your own stand construction.
Stand packages
Registration is possible from February 2025.
Book one of our packages at Transform & Beyond by EXPO REAL and you won't have to worry about stand construction or ordering the right electricity. Simply arrive and move into your stand directly.
The number of packages is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Placement of the stand packages: The Transform & Beyond Startup Packages and the Transform & Beyond Premium Packages are placed in a specific area of Transform & Beyond by EXPO REAL.

- One workstation per company at a counter-style table, incl. individual branding
- Power connection, WLAN and ancillary costs (stand cleaning, waste disposal)
- Individual branding of the graphic area
- 3-minute pitch on one of the Transform & Beyond stages
- Startup profile in the EXPO REAL trade fair directories incl. Transform database and other print media
- Three free exhibitor passes and the option to order additional exhibitor passes for a fee
- Meeting options in the community areas of Transform & Beyond (subject to availability)
Important: By registration for the Startup stand package are co-exhibitors not permitted. The number of packages is limited - allocation is on a first come-first serve basis.

Important: By registration for the Premium stand package are co-exhibitors not permitted. The number of packages is limited - allocation is on a first come-first serve basis.
Available stand space for main exhibitors
Would you like to book a larger area with customized stand construction? At Transform & Beyond by EXPO REAL, stand areas of 20 m², 40 m², 60 m² or more can be booked.

| Note: If two or more exhibitors share the stand design of their neighboring stands, the stands will be charged according to the stand type of the total area. The prices quoted are the participation costs for the stand area only, calculated per square meter of exhibition space. The design, planning, construction, assembly and dismantling of your stand are not included and must be planned by you. |
Two-story construction
Two-story stand construction is not permitted at Transform & Beyond by EXPO REAL.

All exhibitors will be charged a mandatory communication fee. The mandatory communication fee includes the basic entry in all trade fair directories (print, online and mobile) as outlined in clause B 10 Special Terms of Participation B. Exhibitors can book other entries in the respective advertising media for extra charges. Prices for the additional listings and advertising opportunities provided by the contracted media services partner can be accessed through the Exhibitor Shop. Exhibitors who register after June 26, 2025 will only be listed in the online and mobile directories. In this case the fee remains unchanged.
Waste disposal fee is charged to cover the disposal of waste that accumulates at the exhibitor's stand during setup/dismantling and during the fair itself. The amount of the waste disposal fee will be shown in the placement proposal and is invoiced to the exhibitor as part of the admission invoice.
The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges all exhibitors a fee. That fee is invoiced by MMG and paid directly to AUMA.
Exhibitors will receive free exhibitor passes: 4 for the first 20 m² of stand space and 1 for each additional 10 m² of stand space or part thereof.
If you require further exhibitor passes for your staff on the stand, these can be purchased in our Exhibitor Shop at a price of €490 plus VAT.
Co-exhibitors
Co-exhibitors can also register for Transform & Beyond by EXPO REAL. An individual link is required, which the main exhibitor will receive after registration for a stand package or a stand space. By registrations for the Startup or Premium stand packages are co-exhibitors not permitted.
Important: Please verify that you belong to one of our eligible
exhibiton sectors of Transform & Beyond by EXPO REAL.

Companies registered as co-exhibitors at EXPO REAL will be listed in the official trade fair directories (print, online, mobile). However, only co-exhibitors who have registered by 11.59 pm on June 26, 2025 and have approved their company listing by July 17, 2025 can be included in the printed EXPO REAL trade fair directory.
Co-exhibitors who register after June 26, 2025 can only be included in the online and mobile EXPO REAL directories.
A mandatory communication fee of 970 EUR each will be charged for all co-exhibitors.
