Visitor tickets & Registration

Thank you for your interest in EXPO REAL, the international trade fair for real estate, investment and infrastructure. The next edition will take place from October 5–7, 2026. Information on ticket prices and purchase options, as well as the redeeming of vouchers, can be found here.

The ticket shop will be available from June 23, 2026.

*All prices include 19 % VAT. There will be no on-site ticket sale for EXPO REAL 2026. Tickets can be purchased online only. All ticket types entitle you to use public transportation to and from Messe München (MVV ticket for zones M-6) on the specified day of your visit. As a ticket for the Munich public transport, the ticket is only valid in connection with a passport or ID card.
