EXPO REAL opens up the entire spectrum of the real estate industry in one place. Gather information about the entire life cycle of real estate: concept and development, financing and realization, marketing, operation and use.

Companies eligible for admission to EXPO REAL

  • which are classified in at least one of the exhibition areas listed in the nomenclature
  • and whose offer corresponds to at least one exhibition area of the nomenclature

Companies not eligible for admission to EXPO REAL

  • Energy service provider (energy supply, contracting, consulting)
  • Infrastructural & technical building managers (e.g. Building equipment, cleaning, security services, such as the installation and operation of burglar and/or fire arlarm, video surveillance and access control systems, catering, personnel leasing and temporary empolyment agency, etc.)
    Exeption: Not covered by item 04.04 (Facility Manager)
  • Specialist planners (even if the offer planning services for individual or even all trades associated with the creation of the property, such as building services such as electrical or sanitary installations, energy infrastructure, supply or disposal, engineering planning, structural planning, civil engineering, structural or infrastructure services)
  • Companies from the sectors: interior design, shop lifting, open space and landscape planning)
  • Companies whose business activities are primarily attributable to the following sectors: insurance brokerage, civil engineering, the provision of energy or electrical charging infrastructure, the manufacture of or trade components of building construction or technical building equipment.
