Participation prices for stand space only
The following prices are participation fees for stand space only per square meter of exhibition space. They do not include stand design, planning, building, setup or dismantling, which you must take care of on your own.

All exhibitors will be charged a mandatory communication fee. The mandatory communication fee includes the basic entry in all trade fair directories (print, online and mobile) as outlined in clause B 10 Special Terms of Participation B. Exhibitors can book other entries in the respective advertising media for extra charges. Prices for the additional listings and advertising opportunities provided by the contracted media services partner can be accessed through the Exhibitor Shop. Exhibitors who register after June 27, 2024 will only be listed in the online and mobile directories. In this case the fee remains unchanged.
Waste disposal fee is charged to cover the disposal of waste that accumulates at the exhibitor's stand during setup/dismantling and during the fair itself. The amount of the waste disposal fee will be shown in the placement proposal and is invoiced to the exhibitor as part of the admission invoice.
The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges all exhibitors a fee. That fee is invoiced by MMG and paid directly to AUMA.
Exhibitors will receive free exhibitor passes: 4 for the first 20 m² of stand space and 1 for each additional 10 m² of stand space or part thereof.
If you require further exhibitor passes for your staff on the stand, these can be purchased in our Exhibitor Shop at a price of €490 plus VAT.
