Admission requirements for EXPO REAL 2021

The following requirements apply to exhibitors, service partners, service providers and stand construction contractors during the set-up and dismantling:

In order to enter EXPO REAL, the above participants will need to

  • register their contact details (first and last names, address, telephone number or email address) Set-up and dismantling passes ca be orderd in our Ticket Shop
  • wear a medical face mask at all times
  • All participants are subject to the latest version of the SARS-CoV-2 Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (Corona-ArbSchV):

Compliance with the Corona ArbSchV is checked on a random basis during set-up and dismantling.

Exhibitors / co-exhibitors have access to the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling with their exhibitor passes.

The following requirements apply to all exhibitors, visitors and representatives of the media at EXPO REAL 2021:

In order to enter EXPO REAL 2021, exhibitors, visitors and media representatives will need to provide

  • digital proof that they have been fully vaccinated
    or
  • digital proof that they have recovered from a Covid-19 infection within the last 180 to 28 days prior to EXPO REAL 2021
    or
  • digital proof of a negative rapid antigen test, a negative on-site rapid antigen test from within the previous 24 hours or a negative PCR test from the previous 48 hours.

and

  • register their contact details (first and last names, address, telephone number or email address)
  • wear a medical face mask at all times (depending on the Bavarian hospitalization rate)

In order to keep queues on the exhibition grounds to a minimum, participants can take advantage of the following:

  1. You can upload your digital vaccination passport via the ticket shop.
  2. You can upload digital proof of your recovery from a Covid-19 infection via the ticket shop.
  3. For those of you who arrive with a negative test result, there is the possibility to upload it on the day of your visit to the fair (important: test proofs uploaded on the day before your visit to the fair are no longer valid on the day of the fair itself) via the ticket shop. Rapid test results can only be uploaded in the form of a QR code and must have been registered in an official app. The system supports the following apps:
    • EU: CovPass-App
    • Germany: Corona-Warn-App and Luca App

Please ensure that you take a Corona test before you come to EXPO REAL

You can take a test at one of the many centers near your hotel, upon arrival at Munich Airport, or at one of the test centers in downtown Munich:

If you have booked a hotel in Munich, you can also ask your hotel for details of the nearest testing center.

Important information for international participants:

If you arrived in Germany with a negative PCR test, please remember that you will only be able to enter the exhibition grounds with a negative result from a test performed within the previous 24 hours.

Corona test center at the trade fair:

For your convenience, we also have a test center on the exhibition grounds. You can take a corona test at Messe Munich for a fee of EUR 35.00. However, it is possible that the test center will be quite busy, so please make allowances for waiting times when making appointments with customers at the trade fair center/stand. In order to take a test at the exhibition grounds, you will need to register in advance.
