Guided Tours at EXPO REAL
At EXPO REAL the subject of digitalization and innovation is omnipresent. You want to experience all the innovations live and up close? With our "Guided Tours" you will literally keep pace with the rapid speed of innovation in the real estate industry! There will be the NOVA³ Tour and the ESG Tour.
Guided Tours
The guided, theme-specific tours lead through Hall A3 and partly beyond. They each take one hour.
Meeting point for the tours is the NOVA³ Information at stand A3.100 in the NOVA³.
There is no pre-registration. Please be at the NOVA³ Information on time about 10 minutes before the start to hand out the headsets.
Guided Tours
This year there will again be five guided tours through the NOVA³ hall and beyond. These tours will have different focus topics so that you can get a fully comprehensive overview of the innovative solutions for the real estate industry.
Visit companies that offer software solutions for the construction industry and project development, for example cloud-based documentation tools.
1. NOVA³ Tour: Wednesday, October 4; 2-3 p.m.
2. NOVA³ Tour: Thursday, October 5; 10-11 a.m.
Here you will meet exhibitors offering innovative solutions for managing and operating real estate. AI-based portfolio, asset and real estate management will also be covered. In addition, market research service providers will be visited.
1. NOVA³ Tour: Wednesday, Oct. 4; 10-11 a.m.
2. NOVA³ Tour: Thursday, Oct. 5; 2-3 p.m.
This tour covers all the areas mentioned above. You will visit exhibitors offering digital trading platforms, as well as providers of digital real estate valuation services. Also covered: Companies focused on software solutions for the construction industry and project development, as well as AI-based portfolio, asset and property.
NOVA³ Tour: Friday, October 6; 10-11 a.m.
The Tech Alley—part of the central innovation area in Hall A3—is the place where start-ups present their business models in the fields of “Plan & Build”, “Manage & Operate”, “Research & Valuate”, “Invest & Finance” and “Market”. This guided tour visits companies active in these fields.

He works at the intersections of emerging technologies, science-based entrepreneurship, and philosophy of foreign policy.
ESG Tours:
Marie Isinger is a final year student of Real Estate and Facility Management at Frankfurt University of Applied Science, where she has already worked on projects around the topic of ESG in the real estate industry. In addition to her studies, she worked in the asset management department of CA Immobilien Deutschland GmbH.
