Many roads lead to EXPO REAL: this year, 15 cyclists from the property industry are swapping business attire for biking gear to travel to the biggest trade fair for real estate and investment in Europe by bike. Their team is part of the French cycling club les Cycles de l’Immobilier (property bikes).
In three days, the cyclists will be covering 400 km, making their way through the magnificent landscapes of Baden-Wuerttemberg, the Black Forest, and Bavaria. In between Etapes, the cyclists will be taking breaks in the towns and cities of Glatten, Ulm and of course their destination: Munich.
Their team is entirely comprised of cyclists from the real estate industry with international roots in France, Poland, the UK, and Germany.
But fun and sporting spirit are not the only reasons why the cyclists have decided to take the long road to the trade fair: They are also doing it to contribute to charitable organizations such as Solidarités International along with sponsors such as Panattoni and LaSalle, who support the cycling club for at least 3 years.
Starting out this Friday, on October 4, at 09:00. in Paris by train and continuing their journey at 12:00 from Strasbourg by bike, the cyclists of les Cycles de l’Immobilier will be accompanied by two vehicles to ensure everyone will be traveling safely to EXPO REAL. The arrival of the biking property professionals is expected on Sunday, October 6, at 16:30—just in time to get a good night’s rest before the big event begins and business suits are à la mode again.
