  • What are the different types of tickets and prices?

  • Are single-day tickets or group tickets available?

    Neither single-day tickets nor group tickets are available, either online or at the door.

  • What does the ticket cover?

    The three-day ticket entitles you to visit EXPO REAL during the period October 4 to 6, 2017; the two-day dicket is valid on October 5 and 6, 2017. The ticket price includes, with no additional costs or registration requirements, access to conference program events in the halls and conference rooms, a trade fair catalog (while stocks last) and a profile in the various trade fair directories (e.g. MatchUp!, the app etc.), provided you agree during the ticket ordering process that your basic data can be profiled.

  • Where and until when can online tickets be ordered?

    Online tickets can be ordered until October 6, 2017 via the following link: www.exporeal.net/ticket. Please follow our instructions here, which will take you step-by step through the ticket ordering process. Please have your online voucher number ready or pay for you order with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Giropay.

  • Can I change my mind about a ticket purchase and cancel my ticket?

    Please note that ticket purchases for EXPO REAL cannot be canceled. This also applies if you are subsequently invited to the trade fair as a visitor by someone else, for example using an online voucher. Please note Messe München's general terms and conditions, which can be accessed during the booking process, for special conditions.

  • Are there special conditions relating to the online ticket ordering process?

    To complete the ticket ordering process you first have to agree to the general terms and conditions of Messe München International and the data protection statement. For reasons of data protection law, only one EXPO REAL ticket per visitor / person may be ordered or purchased. It is not possible to order tickets for others at the same time. Once you have successfully completed your ticket order, you will receive the ticket you have ordered by email as a PDF attachment for you to print out. Please do not forget to print out your ticket, since this entitles you to direct access to the event. To access the event, simply scan the unique barcode which can be found on every Print@home ticket. Tickets will not be exchanged at the venue.

  • As an exhibitor or participant with an exhibitor company, how do I order my ticket?

    Exhibitors and participants from an exhibitor company (main and co-exhibitors) can order their Print@home exhibitor tickets to the trade fair directly through the Exhibitors Shop. Access data for the Exhibitors Shop will be sent out to your trade fair organization contact from mid-June 2017.

  • Can I buy online tickets for other people or redeem vouchers for others?

    No, due to data protection regulations every visitor / person must purchase their own ticket or redeem their online voucher number for a ticket themselves.

  • How will I receive my ticket?

    Once you have finished ordering your ticket online, you can download and save it in PDF format. In addition, a Print@home Ticket will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided. Please keep an eye out for an e-mail sent by: registrierung@messe.muenchen.de.

    In addition, it will also be available to you as a download for you to print out. Please print out this ticket, fold it according to the instructions and take it with you on each day of the trade fair, as it entitles you to direct access to the event for every day that you have booked. Simply scan the unique barcode which can be found on every Print@home ticket. Tickets will not be exchanged at the venue.

  • What should I do if I lose my ticket?

    If you want to print out your ticket again (e.g. if you lose it) or if you prefer to do so only just before you travel, you can easily do so at any time using the access data to your Messe München customer profile. If you have any questions about this or need any support, please contact the EXPO REAL ticket service at ticketservice@messe-muenchen.de

  • When will I receive my ticket?

    Once you have successfully completed your ticket booking and order, you will receive the ticket you have ordered within 24 hours, by email, as a PDF attachment for you to print out. This is your entry ticket that allows you to pass directly through the turnstiles at the venue and into the exhibition halls without having to wait in line.

  • What should I do if I do not receive an email with my Print@home ticket?

    Once you have placed your order, you can download and save it in PDF format. In addition, your Print@home Ticket will be sent to you by e-mail. You should receive that e-mail right away, but in some cases it may take up to 24 hours after you place your order.

    • Very occasionally, emails may be caught by the spam filter of your mailbox. Please check your junk folder or contact your administrator.
    • It may be that you entered your email address incorrectly when filling out the customer data. If this is the case, please contact the EXPO REAL ticket service at: ticketservice@messe-muenchen.de

  • Can I print out my ticket again?

    Yes, you can always print out the ticket you have ordered again. If you want to print out your ticket again (e.g. if you lose it) or if you prefer to do so only just before you travel, you can easily do so at any time using the access data to your Messe München customer profile. You can find the access data in the confirmation email that you will receive once you have successfully ordered your ticket. If you have any questions about this or need any support, please contact the EXPO REAL ticket service at ticketservice@messe-muenchen.de.

  • Is my ticket transferable?

    No, tickets containing personal data (e.g. with your name) are not generally transferable.

    • Even multi-day tickets can be used by only one person.
    • Important: Since online tickets are personal and non-transferable, when checked on site, an official photo ID must be presented.
    • Any barcode that has already been validated will be recognized as such at the electronic entry gates and the holder of a copied or duplicate online ticket will be refused entry.
    • If you have lost your ticket and are afraid that the finder might use it to gain access to the trade fair, please email registrierung@messe-muenchen.de, to have your lost ticked blocked.

  • Can I display the ticket on my smartphone or tablet to gain entry to the trade fair?

    No, the readers at the turnstiles will recognize the barcode displayed on your ticket only if the Print@home ticket is printed on paper.

  • What payment options are available when booking a ticket online?

    Tickets sold at the reduced online price may only be purchased online and paid for by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Giropay. The invoice for the ticket purchase will be sent to you by post. In addition, your Messe München customer profile also contains an overview of your orders and invoices.

  • What payment options are available when buying a ticket at the door?

    Tickets purchased at the door can be paid for with generally available credit cards, EC cards or in cash. Cash payment must be in euros. When tickets are purchased at the venue, the invoice will be given to you personally upon payment.

  • How will I receive my invoice for tickets purchased?

    The invoice for an online ticket purchase will be sent to you by post. In addition, your Messe München customer profile will subsequently also contain an overview of your orders and in-voices. When tickets are purchased at the venue, the invoice will be given to you personally upon payment.

  • Where will I find my Messe München customer profile?

    You will receive the link to your customer profile in the email in which your ticket is sent as a PDF attachment.

    Please activate your customer profile using the login and password provided.

    In the customer profile you can enter a change of address or download and print tickets and invoices.

  • Do I need a visa to visit the trade fair?

    Citizens or visitors from EU member states do not normally require a visa to enter the Federal Republic of Germany. All other participants will in principal require a visa. The ticket you have booked is not a substitute for a visa letter of invitation. You can find detailed information about visa applications on our visa service page.

  • Is it possible to cancel a ticket that has been ordered?

    If the customer is a consumer in the terms of section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the customer can cancel the contract in writing (e.g. by post, fax or e-mail) within 2 weeks without having to provide any reason. Even within this cancellation period, cancellation is only possible until the point at which the ticket loses its validity.

  • How can online vouchers be redeemed?

    An online voucher or online voucher number can be redeemed until October 6, 2017 using the following link: www.exporeal.net/ticket. You will then automatically be taken to the ticket ordering portal, where you can redeem your voucher for a free Print@home ticket. Online vouchers can only be redeemed for a Print@home ticket online and you will need to enter the 23-digit online voucher number. The Print@home ticket is free to you as an invited visitor, as the costs of the ticket will be borne by the exhibitor from whom you received the invitation. Since the exhibitor will be charged only if you actually visit the trade fair and pass through the turnstile, you do not need to inform the ticket service or cancel your ticket if you do not use it.

  • Can I get an entry in the trade fair catalog?

    If your online ticket booking is completed by August 11, 2017, as a visitor you have the option of being included as a participant in EXPO REAL 2017 in the printed trade fair catalog and other directories of EXPO REAL 2017. When booking your ticket, please select the appropriate option. A basic entry is free of charge. After August 11, 2017 (the final deadline) it will no longer be possibly to obtain such an entry.

  • What is MatchUp!, the matchmaking and participants' service of EXPO REAL?

    MatchUp! is a networking platform that provides all participants in the trade fair with a wide range of new opportunities to generate for themselves an unmistakable profile in front of potential business partners and to network with one another with pinpoint accuracy. Please note that the manner of and options for submitting a profile may vary, depending on the nature of your partic-ipation (as exhibitor, exhibitor's representative, visitor, student or representative of the press).

  • Can I get an entry in MatchUp!?

    Yes, in addition to the printed trade fair catalog, as a participant in the trade fair you have the opportunity, once you have completed your ticket order, to register yourself for MatchUp! and submit your personal profile. Please therefore ensure, when you order your ticket, that you con-sent to your basic details being registered in the trade fair directories. Within a few hours you will then receive an email containing your MatchUp! registration link. Once you have registered for MatchUp!, you should ideally create your unique profile immediately.
